Class Picnics, 2017

Below is the list of class picnics for each grade level before school starts. Families, bring your own picnic meal, and remember that this is a great time to bring a check for school supplies ($85, made out to BCSIS). This fee covers the costs of basic classroom supplies such as paper, pencils, crayons, etc. You do not need to send any supplies to school with your student. This fee also helps to create an equitable environment; all students start school with the same quality supplies they need to be successful.

  • KG: Monday, August 14 from 5:00 to 6:00 at Chautauqua Children’s Playground
  • 1 Grade: Sunday, August 13 from 4:00 to 5:00 at the BCSIS Outdoor Classroom

Class Placement for 2017-18

Many of you are anxious to find out what class your child will be in next year. The district tightly regulates the process of announcing class placement due to fluctuating enrollment at some schools. Therefore, the date for the announcement of class placement is set by the district.

All parents may go into the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus as of August 11, 2017 in order to find the class placement for their child. Schools are not at liberty to post class lists, nor can we give the information out over the phone. Each parent must go onto Infinite Campus for the information.

Once you log in at Infinite Campus, click on the drop-down menu: SELECT A STUDENT.
