Immerse Yourself in the Magic

Join in the Winter Festival Fun

Come, Enjoy…and Share your Creativity, Culinary Love, and Time

The chill in the air reminds us that Winter Festival is approaching. Please join us December 6, 11am – 3pm. Bring the entire family and immerse yourselves in the magic!

Share Your Favorite Family Dish

Support our amazing school by sharing something you love at our Winter Festival community meal. Over 600 people will come together at Winter Festival to share delicious food, buy goodies from our bake sale, and enjoy our community coming together. This is a very special event for our school, and you can be a part of it by cooking or donating a special dish for our community meal.

The community meal is wildly popular. Please consider bringing a dish to share!

Please sign up here by November 20.

Thanks to EcoProducts for generously donating the the paper products for our Community Meal!

Share Your Time

We have a need for volunteers to assist in all areas of the Winter Festival. If you are interested in helping either before, during, or after the event, this is a fun way to meet and spend time with other parents.

Share Your Talents

Sign your student up for the always amazing & amusing talent show (you can sign them up here)! And if you have a special craft, gift, or service, please donate to the community market.

The magic of our beloved Winter Festival depends on our community coming together to pull it off–we can’t wait to include you in making this year’s Starry Night event as memorable as ever. Thank you!

This year we are expanding our “cash and carry” Community Market! We will be accepting any and all donations to sell at a fixed price. We welcome anything from handmade crafts, to original works of art, to products or services offered by your own business or those you frequent in the greater community. Gift certificates to local restaurants, shops and services are also encouraged! 100% of proceeds benefit BCSIS!

Please help us gather items to sell at our market:

Get creative! We would love to have your own or your children’s handmade items! Now is the time to dust off the paint, go through your yarn stash for your crocheting or knitting crafts, stock up on Ball Jars for your creative projects, gather your jewelry making supplies, etc.

Don’t be afraid to ask! We are excited to also be accepting donations from outside the school community. Consider asking around your neighborhood for donations of gift certificates or goods from places you frequently shop or visit like your hair salon, your dog groomer, favorite coffee shop, grocery store, or favorite restaurants.

Use your connections! If you or someone you know works for a local business that can donate donate goods, enlist their help. In the past, items like gift baskets and craft beer have sold really well.

Every donation makes a difference. Please find a printable donation forms at (or hard copies are available in the basket on Kael’s desk). You can also leave your donations in the front office with Kael. Our target donation deadline is Tuesday, December, 1.
