We are excited to welcome parents and guardians on Wednesday, August 19th for Back to School Night.  See below for specific times and locations.  Students do not attend the class meetings or the whole school gathering.  The evening’s information and activities are geared towards the parents/guardians rather than the children.  

During class meetings, each class will meet to discuss classroom schedules, routines, curriculum, and other details. There will also be a whole school community gathering; you will have a chance to hear from me and also discuss how parents can support and be a part of BCSIS.

4:30 to 5:45pm:  K-2 Class Meetings
K-2 Parents/guardians will meet in classrooms.  

5:45 to 6:15pm:  Whole School Gathering
Parents/guardians will meet together for a short presentation.  

6:15 to 7:30pm:  3-4-5 Class Meetings
3-4-5 Parents/guardians will meet in classrooms.  

If your children do not have supervision at home, we will have limited childcare and supervision for current BCSIS students and siblings.  No supervision will be provided outside on the fields or playground areas.  

Please RSVP to this FORM if you will need childcare. Drop off begins at 4:15 pm and pick up ends at 7:30 pm.

Toilet-trained children who are 3 to 5 years old may be brought to room 305.  

Children aged 6 and up will be in the gym.  

Please enter through the front doors and look for signs.  

All students will check in and out and wear a name tag.

Please remind your children that school expectations  are in effect during this event and to be kind and respectful with our childcare staff.
